Yes, oui, oui ouuuui… I can’t help myself, when I am asked to kindly be a bridal model for a day, how can I possibly say non?!? Spend the day at a castle, get my hair and make-up done by THE BEST beauty artist I have ever met, wear a CUSTOM MADE dress!!!!! Prance around in front of a camera, and dwell among pretty things all day, not to mention creative women?!? Who would say no to that?!?
So Prête-Moi Paris turned 3 years old very recently (plus I am celebrating 10 years since my arrival in Paris!!!) and I thought I deserved a party….so I threw one!
Within just one month’s time of organisation, I gathered together some of the best people and elements I know in the City of Lights, to collaborate with and help me create and event that not only I would enjoy and celebrate but where my friends could benefit too! There was champagne, and cupcakes and frills and a specially made cocktail (a recipe post is in the works), and lots of pink, and sweets, and awesome prizes that were raffled off (for free of course) so that I could promote some of my favorite brands and services that I have blogged about or tested over the past three years.

(Fred was also an angel sent from heaven and helped me with the conception, and set up of my wedding decoration and the creation of my bon-bon bar).
I was still on cloud nine, freshly married for a few days only, and I got to hope on the regional train with my friend Quinn, to go model for this wedding inspration shoot that Fréd has been planning for about 9 months! Entitled : Gourmandises et douceur de vivre à la Française, is was full of fresh air fun, frolicking and frilly frocks, and what absolute fun to shar the experience with my dear friend Quinn. Quinn played the bride, and I played the bridesmaid. Continue reading The Wedding Tea Room « Gourmandise » shoot
