Claudine Ivari SS13
I was happy to return for another show of the new Spring 2013 collection of Claudine Ivari. Her work has become the highlight of each fashion week for me.
I am writing a full article this season on her collection for Girls Guide to Paris… I’ll put an link here and you can read the rest of the article on their site when it is published…But for now…it was just as beautiful as ever, feminine and glowing.
The collection shows how Claudine is growing her brand and creating a recognizable style. I am thrilled to see her work continue to draw more and more attention. I love the silks that flow, the pretty and elegant skirts and dresses that swing around the knees or sweep all the way to the floor. The embroidery work in her collections is really just stunning and shows skill and attetnion to detail for her atelier. The style of her collections always has a familiar strain, but each one has it’s own distinct character. This collection, for Spring and Summer 2013, has a lot of light and a lightweight feel to it. Sultry skin shows through with elegance with asymetrical cuts or long splices up the leg of a flowing gown, or plunging neck lines, for starters….
Another beautiful breath-taking collection from Claudien Ivari.
