Opera Garnier façade detail If you have been following this blog for some time, you most likely know that my FAVORITE Paris monument is the Opéra Garnier. I can’t pass by it without snapping an instagram at the very least.

It’s makes frequent appearances on this blog, as you can see here, here here and here and also here…oh yeah and here too.

Enjoy!

It draws me in, and enchants me, and I found myself in a hurry somewhere the other day, but was stopped in my tracks for a good ten minutes, powered with my amazing camera zoom entranced by this gorgeous façade…every square inch of which I which I could frame and capture in a zillion photos. I contented myself with a couple dozen or so…

And now you can enjoy them! ! !

  1. I surprisingly loved the Opera House when I went. It took me a while after living in Paris to actually go since I labeled it as “touristy” but it was absolutely magnificent! Thank you for posting your gorgeous pictures and letting me reminiscence a bit 🙂

    1. Coco Marie, I’m glad you did go to this incredible monument. But I think we can label the entire city of Paris as touristy, since it IS the most visited city in the world. But this doesn’t take away any of its beauty. 😉 Thank you for leaving your lovely comment.
